Each of the different fresh fruit infused sea moss  will come with their own distinct taste, but all are hardly noticeable in smoothies or flavored beverages.

Yes.  When your gel arrives, it may have become warm during the shipping process.  Please don't worry.  Sea moss is essentially gelatinous rock and does not age like normal food products.  For best results and optimal consistency, refrigerate overnight before opening and keep refrigerated between uses.

Our experience is that refrigerated PLAIN sea moss gel is best if used within 4 weeks and the fresh fruit infused is best used within 3-5 days. 

Sea moss can remain frozen for up to 12 months from the date of purchase.

YES, but Sea moss gel is highly concentrated and is recommended that you  should be diluted for proper mineral absorption, as well as a pleasant taste.  The most popular method of consumption is mixing the gel into smoothies or hot teas but you may use any beverage you wish!
